1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and local payment gateways for your convenience.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan for your ease and security.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For assistance, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your order status on our website or courier partner’s page.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan, but we’re working on expanding international delivery soon.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After dispatch, the order cannot be modified.
